GummiHz (Mobilee)
New greek on the block? Not exactly the case concerning Alexander Tsotsos aka Gummihz. Since 2006, he’s been steadily serving his unique mixture of house and techno through imprints like Mobilee records, Treibstoff and more recently Earthrumental music.
As a musically active teenager, Alex was fascinated with producing music since an early age. After a few years of classic guitar training and a couple of teenage garage bands, he was introduced to djing which instantly became his passion. Its been nearly 15 years since and now GummiHz is performing his diverse fusion of contemporary dance music for audiences worldwide. From north and south America to Japan and Europe, GummiHz has performed in clubs like the legendary The End in London, Sullivan Room in New York, Cocoon in Frankfurt, Priviledge in Ibiza and Watergate in Berlin, his city of residence.
A witness of the electronic music explosion during the mid nineties in England, Alex has spend many nights getting educated in the cities clubs and underground parties. During the latter part of the 10 years he lived in London, Alex started making his own parties in underground locations and was a regular at events like the infamous multivitamins parties in Shoreditch.
Drawing inspiration from different styles such as early NY house from the likes of Dj Pierre, Afrohead, Junior Vasquez to even using disco, jazz, samba rhythms and even shoegaze elements in his productions. His records have been acknowledged by all popular djs from different genres in the dance music spectrum worldwide. While gaining reviews and articles on publications in the likes of Groove magazine (DE), Wire magazine (US), Mixmag(UK). Some of his productions have been licenced by djs like Danny Tenagia, Tiefschwarz and even John Digweed for mixed compilations on labels such as Fabric and Tommy Boy.
With a name standing for elastic frequencies, Alex’s aim is to deliver tracks for the dancefloor through various production methods and on different styles ranging mainly between tech house and techno. After a few records like “Select and bounce” (Mobilee/2006), “Mind games” (Mobilee/2007), “Under the Sun” (Mobilee/2008), “High on percussion” (Earthrumental/2009) and a mix compilation for Mobilee’s back to back series, GummiHz has offered his remixes for artists such as Anja Schneider (Mobilee records), Jerome Sydenham (Ibadan) and Ekkohaus (20/20 Vision, Morris Audio). Additionally GummiHz productions have been remixed by the likes of producers such as Sebo K and D’Julz.
This autumn Alex is reaching out with his debut album titled Sleepless nights. An important step in establishing him as an important figure in the contemporary dance music community.
GummiHz is very commited to his craft and preserves a serious professional profile. Mainly focused on expression through developing his productions and reaching out to audiences through his passionate and dynamic dj performances

Rami Deejay (Global Frequencies)
Rami Deejay [DGLM] Rami Deejay has rapidly established himself in the last year as one of New York’s rising talents by gaining a room full of of fans each time he plays. With a distinctly underground, deep, intelligent sound, but capable of destructive dancefloor euphoria within the same breath, his DJing and production is currently recognized by some of the industries top talents. ..
Originally from Milan, Italy, Federico Maccherone – a record label founder and DJ moved to NY to work for Spike Lee and his advertising agency: Spike DDB. With a background in advertising he quickly found a niche creating campaigns and managing artists in the music industry. He was exposed to the music biz early on when as a teen he encouraged his friend Dodo Martino (co-owner of digital lovers records) to dj. It wasn’t until he discovered the NY techno scene where he finally found a place he could play and hang with like minded individuals with the same love of music. MAC was born there, in the environment where music comes first and love blends in. MAC finally had the chances to express himself through his music with a unique deep and groovy sound giving clear evidence of his love for what he does.
